Milford Track: the Jewel in the Crown
Beech forest, bird song, water clarity deluxe, and misty mountain tops. Throw in some rain and icy river swims, and you can only be in one place: Fiordland. The combination of these factors makes you wonder; a) why don’t we spend time in such places more often; b) is this what things looked like before humans arrived; and c) why can’t people close doors quietly in huts?
